After spending two years in silent practice, I noticed how when we drop down into the heart and express from there, and especially if the people around us learn to listen from that same heart space, then communication becomes incredibly easy, direct, and pure.
The most profound result of what I call the Beginners Heart (where the mind is no longer chief operator) is that your Vision, that deeper purpose that has been laying dormant inside you…get’s to speak, express, and open into the world in the most brilliant and inspirational way.

We will combine a practice of meditation, qigong, breathwork, and movement to open the heart, clear the mind, and relax the body.

Epic Breath is a technique rooted in Qi-Gong practice. It builds your awareness of the energy within and around you. It allows for a deeper connection to self and to your surroundings.

Transformative Talks
I will use my experience having shared for different audiences ranging from retreat groups to corporate offices to festivals of 10,000+ to lead us deep into discussions covering topics on love, life, relationships, and self-discovery.

You can add this powerful personal coaching and healing to your workshop at a discounted price. The Almaflow Heart Opening experience combines Thai and Shiatsu bodywork with deep presence and energywork. The intention is to create a space of safety and permission, allowing you to express emotions, fears, desires, and ultimately truth and clarity.
